$50 Per Promotional Post
Available to Visibility Members and Nonmembers. No membership required!
Each promotion includes the review, scheduling, and sharing of your submitted content across TriState Beauty Hub's selected social media platforms.
Premium Members — Included!
Premium Members receive ONE complimentary social media spotlight per calendar month, along with additional opportunities to share qualifying business announcements, including new services, certifications, trainings, new hires, open houses, and other exciting news.
Monthly spotlights must be submitted by the member, do not roll over, and cannot be accumulated.Additional promotional posts outside of included membership benefits are available for $50 each.
How It Works
1. Submit Your Promotion
Complete the form below with your business information, promotional details, preferred posting date, caption, and photos or videos.
2. Review & Approval
We'll review your submission to ensure it aligns with our social media platforms and promotional guidelines.
3. Payment & Scheduling
For paid promotions, an invoice will be emailed following review. Once payment is received, your promotion will be scheduled as close to your requested date or week as availability allows.
Premium Members using their included benefits will not be invoiced.
4. Get Featured!
Your approved promotional content will be shared through TriState Beauty Hub's selected social media platforms, helping introduce your business to more people throughout our regional beauty community!
Submission Guidelines & Important Information
Please submit content at least 7 days before your requested posting date. Earlier submissions are encouraged.
Requested posting dates are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Members and businesses are responsible for providing accurate information, high-quality photos, graphics, and ready-to-post videos.
TriState Beauty Hub may make minor caption adjustments to accommodate social media formatting.
Custom graphic design, photography, and video editing are not included.
All promotional submissions are subject to review and approval.
Payment is required before scheduling paid promotions.
Social media reach, engagement, and business results cannot be guaranteed.
