Tri-State Beauty Hub memberships provide enhanced visibility, promotional opportunities, and industry resources for beauty professionals in the tri-state region.
Membership benefits may include:
- enhanced directory listings
- business profile pages
- promotional opportunities
- magazine feature eligibility
- marketing exposure
- analytics reports
Benefits may vary depending on the membership tier selected.
Membership Terms
Memberships may be offered in the following terms:
- Month – to – Month (coming soon)
- 6-month membership (coming soon)
- 12-month membership
Membership benefits begin once the business listing has been activated.
Payments
Membership fees are due at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Tri-State Beauty Hub does not store full payment information.
Refund Policy
Because membership benefits begin once a listing is activated and promotional services may be delivered immediately, membership fees are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of billing errors.
Renewals
Memberships may be renewed at the end of the membership term.
Tri-State Beauty Hub may provide renewal reminders prior to expiration.
Failure to renew may result in:
- removal of enhanced listing features
- reduced visibility within the directory
Listing Accuracy
Members are responsible for ensuring their business information remains accurate including:
- contact information
- services offered
- business location
- licensing status where required
Tri-State Beauty Hub is not responsible for outdated or inaccurate listing information.
Acceptable Use
Members agree not to:
- submit misleading information
- promote illegal services
- misuse the platform for spam or harassment
Members may not use the platform to harass, impersonate, defame, spam, or mislead other users or businesses.
Tri-State Beauty Hub reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that violate these standards.
