I am located in Utica, Kentucky and near Owensboro, Calhoun, Whitesville and Pleasant Ridge. My little studio is a boutique studio in an enchanted environment surrounded by nature. I teach mat yoga and chair yoga. I focus on brain health and use resistance straps to encourage muscle strength and bone health.
