Salary Description: Guaranteed hourly rate + commission on all services ($27+ per hour)

What You’ll Do:
Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
